VI FORM Variety show returns

The VI Form was delighted to present the annual Variety Show to the main school year as part of this year’s Christmas festivities.

There was an eclectic mix of performances including a beautiful solo of ‘6 feet apart’ by Alex; a stunning dance piece to ‘Easy on me’ by Bea, Maddie, Alex, and Miss Mugford; there was some high risk silliness by the VI Form Tutors of Miss Hendrick, Miss Finn, Mrs Blaber, Mrs Micklewright, Mrs Barratt, Mrs Gower and Mr Keddie as they imagined ‘If I was not a teacher’; the ‘Playas’ of Apollo, Jack, and Ana sang a Camborne ditty to the ukulele of Peter; the was a highly accomplished dance performance by Erin, Lily, Brooke, Maddie, and Holly to Santa’s favourite music; and the Student Leaders of Anya, Charlie, Katie, Kerry, and Wade presented an unsynchronised swim team and wrapped up the show with an amazing masked performance of ‘Made of Stars’.

Thanks also to Darren on curtains backstage; and Holly, Scarlett, and Jessica at front of House; and Mrs Ormerod on lighting.

“The dedication and hard work of the VI Form students and tutors paid off. They have created a wonderful Christmas Show. Merry Christmas everyone!”

— Mr Ross, Head of the VI Form
